(01)About us
Digital Commerce Labs was founded in Novi Sad in 2019. Before that, the founders spent years working for agencies and manufacturers in Germany, the Netherlands and the UK — and wanted to bring the same level of quality to companies in the region.
We started out with e-commerce projects, hence the name. We quickly realised that it isn't the store that takes up most of our clients' time — it's everything that happens after an order: invoices, the warehouse, reports, emails.
Today about half of our work is business process automation, and the rest is web applications and technical consulting. The team is around twenty people — developers, designers, analysts and project managers.
